Not a wonderfully relevant question but… Are the beer glasses (shown above) available to buy all round the World Showcase, or are they in specific places, when you buy drinks?
Generally, one day before opening is a “cast preview” day – but guests can also take part in it. This year things seem a little different, as the information above includes something new: “First Bites Opening Reception on Sept. 30.” I have asked for more information about this and will update this article if/when I receive it.
According to the information we got at the D23 Flowers & Fireworks event the First Bites event will be the “preview event” and is a separate ticketed event as you mentioned above.
When is comes to a great way to spend your time, a Roger Hodgson concert is a great choice. From the minute he walks onto the stage with fellow musician Aaron McDonald, a gentle, loving presence is felt. He sings to the sea of faces before him, pouring his heart into each performance. As a solo act, he leaves nothing to desire. His show are presented with integrity and dignity.
My husband and I will be at WDW from 11/7-11/11 and first time attending the Food & Wine Festival and we can’t wait! Love the collectible glasses – I’m sure I’ll be “collecting” lots of memorabilia!

Great question. I have no answer though. 🙂 That photo was released by Disney. But I’ll keep an eye out for them when the time comes.

Those glasses are available during the F&W festival 🙂 They’re tall and plastic, but very cool and great a collector 🙂

Do you know if the 3-D Disney’s Dessert Discovery, is a ticketed event that will have to be purchased before hand? Or is it a walk up type thing?
