Weeks ahead of the 2026 International Food & Wine Festival, Walt Disney World Resort has shut down one theme park area at EPCOT. Here’s what to know before your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
EPCOT Theme Park Area Closed, Effective Immediately

On August 10, Walt Disney World Resort guests arrived at EPCOT to find that The Odyssey Pavilion was closed. This building, located between the World Showcase and World Discovery neighborhoods, was originally a full-time Quick-Service dining location when EPCOT opened in 1982, and later hosted the “Mickey’s Rockin’ Celebration” live character show.
Now, though, it primarily hosts food and beverage booths for seasonal festivals at EPCOT: Holiday Hearth Desserts during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, Figment’s Inspiration Station during the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, The Citrus Blossom during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and, finally, Brew-Wing Lab during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
The Odyssey Pavilion is also home to restrooms, the Baby Care Center, and the First-Aid Center. All three guest services remain available during the current building closure, which affects only the restaurant and lounge space inside the building.
Walt Disney World Resort hasn’t shared any menu details or pricing for Brew-Wing Lab during the 2026 International Food & Wine Festival, which kicks off at the second Central Florida Disney park on August 27. However, with The Odyssey Pavilion now closed, Disney appears to be preparing the building for the upcoming seasonal event.
2026 International Food & Wine Festival

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs from August 27 to November 21, 2026. Walt Disney World Resort has yet to release the details for the Global Marketplaces around the EPCOT World Showcase and other neighborhoods throughout the park.
