Doctor Doom traditionally uses green magic in Marvel comics. However, the new figure depicts him wielding red magical energy instead.
That immediately caught fans’ attention because red magic already has deep ties to the MCU.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) introduced Wanda Maximoff after HYDRA experiments involving the Mind Stone awakened her dormant abilities. As her powers evolved, they were ultimately identified as chaos magic, the same red energy that defines the Scarlet Witch.
