Construction walls have been installed around a significant portion of the walkway near Disneyland Park and the Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris Resort, complicating the commute for countless families headed to the original European Disney park. Here’s what guests need to know before their next visit to Disneyland Park (Paris), Disney Adventure World, and Disney Village.

At the end of April, Disneyland Paris Resort installed construction walls around Fantasia Gardens, a display in the courtyard area between Disneyland Park and the Disneyland Hotel. X (formerly known as Twitter) user @PixiedustDLP shared these photos of the green plywood barriers blocking much of the flowers and landscaping in the garden area:

Disneyland Paris Resort has not commented publicly on the construction walls or shared its plans for the Fantasia Gardens space. It’s unclear when the plywood barriers will be removed.

The construction at Fantasia Gardens isn’t the only project complicating entry into Disneyland Park (Paris). Immediately after scanning into the original European Disney park, guests will notice construction barriers around portions of the Town Square Gazebo. Disney is finally wrapping up a lengthy refurbishment project on the structure that began last year, and guests are currently blocked from one set of stairs into the gazebo.

Further down Main Street, U.S.A., construction walls were erected near a popcorn cart next to Sleeping Beauty Castle. The snack kiosk is still serving guests, and Disneyland Paris Resort hasn’t indicated its plans for the space.

Finally, as of May 5, Disneyland Park guests are blocked from entering the bridge into Sleeping Beauty Castle as crews refurbish the walkway. Fortunately, Sleeping Beauty Castle and La Tanière du Dragon will remain accessible to Disney Park guests through alternate entrances.
