Over the last few months, Walt Disney World Resort has started rolling out Easter merchandise in preparation for festivities across the Central Florida Disney parks and Disney Resort hotels. However, this year, Disney has removed the “Easter” name from some items, including a “spring” toy featuring bunny ears and decorated eggs.

Easter at Walt Disney World Resort

Walt Disney World Resort doesn’t have an exclusive after-hours event for Easter, as it does with Halloween (Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party) and Christmas (Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights). However, the Central Florida vacation destination does offer several spring holiday-themed festivities around the Disney parks and Disney Resort hotels.

Guests can meet Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at Magic Kingdom Park in the lead-up to the holiday, though Walt Disney World Resort hasn’t announced their exact 2026 schedule yet. The original Central Florida Disney park typically offers an exclusive pre-parade on Easter Sunday.

At EPCOT, guests can typically purchase an Easter egg-themed scavenger hunt and search for egg statues hidden around the World Showcase Pavilions. Guests can turn in their completed maps for a small prize.

Several Disney Resort hotels display hand-crafted chocolate eggs inspired by Disney and Pixar films, theme park properties, and more. Quick Service and Table Service dining locations around the property offer limited-time, Easter-themed food and beverage options, including popcorn buckets and sipper cups.

This week, Walt Disney World Resort began selling an Easter-themed Monorail pull-back toy at EPCOT and other locations around the Central Florida vacation destination. The Monorail toy features oversized bunny ears and a vinyl sticker of Mickey and Minnie Mouse on an Easter egg hunt. It costs $14.99, plus tax, and is eligible for Annual Passholder and other discounts.

Even though the merchandise offering is clearly Easter-themed, the box describes it as a “spring” toy. WDWNT shared this photo on Facebook:

Walt Disney World Resort previously released Easter-themed T-shirts and plush toys ahead of the spring holiday, which falls on April 5, 2026.
