Like most Disney Park experiences, the cost of this late-night event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios increased from 2024 to 2025.
This week, Disney Parks Blog revealed the details for the holiday celebrations across Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Some of these festive offerings, like EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park’s Merry Menagerie, are included with regular theme park tickets. Others, like Magic Kingdom Park’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Disney Jollywood Nights, are sold separately.
Disney Jollywood Nights began in 2023 and had a rough start. Guests reported lengthy lines for exclusive food & beverage offerings, poor management of Disney character meet-and-greets, and difficulty getting into Disney’s Hollywood Studios on time.
In response to feedback, Walt Disney World Resort made several changes during the rest of the 2023 events, bringing in more Disney cast members and adding other rare characters to the event lineup.
In 2025, Walt Disney World Resort once again listened to guest feedback about Disney Jollywood Nights and made several changes. In an official announcement on Wednesday, Disney Parks Blog shared that ticketholders can enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios beginning at 5:30 p.m., 30 minutes earlier than in previous years. The event still starts at 7:30 p.m. and ends at 12:30 a.m.
Disney Jollywood Nights will include several new entertainment offerings this year, including the exclusive Holiday Fiesta en la Calle starring Miguel from Pixar’s Coco (2017) near Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.
Two shows that debuted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios earlier this year, “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” and “Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After,” will also have scheduled performances during Disney Jollywood Nights.
Returning entertainment offerings include rare character meet and greets (like Santa Duffy and Phineas and Ferb), “Disney Holidays in Hollywood,” “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along,” the Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club, the “Glisten!” skating show, and the “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” nighttime spectacular.
Unfortunately, a less exciting change for 2025 is a ticket price increase. Disney Jollywood Nights tickets now range from $159 to $199. The low end, $159, is the same as in 2024, but the high end is a $20 increase from $179 in 2024. Last year, five of the December dates were priced at $179.
Disney Jollywood Nights will take over Disney’s Hollywood Studios on the following dates:
- November: 8, 15, 17, 22, 24, and 29
- December: 1, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, and 22
Date-by-date prices will be announced when special event tickets go on sale later this month. Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests can purchase tickets beginning July 16, with general ticket sales starting July 22. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members can save $10 on any event night.
