VIDEO: Disney Lucasfilm purchase, George Lucas and Bob Iger sign and discuss acquisition

On October 30, 2012, The Walt Disney Company purchased Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion, including the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, Industrial Light & Magic, and Skywalker Sound. In this video, Disney CEO Bob Iger and Star Wars creator George Lucas sign the purchase agreement to make the deal official, and also speak about the acquisition.
