Changes are coming to Disneyland’s Downtown Disney.
According to the OC Register, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Chapel Hats, and Ridemakerz, three popular shops in the area, are closing to make way for new dining facilities.
Chapel Hats had a short stint in Disneyland for a little over a year, but the store does have some locations at Walt Disney World.
Ridemakerz allows customers to fully customize toy cars and trucks. This was the only Disney park location, but there are other stores in the United States.
The popular Build-A-Bear store lets customers create their own Teddy Bears. Though the Disneyland location is closing, there are many other stores across the country and internationally.
There are currently no plans to relocate the stores at Downtown Disney, but that’s a possibility if space becomes available.
Though the changes are expected soon, an official closing date for the shops has not been announced.
