Do you want to play a game? The popular horror franchise focused around the villainous Jigsaw will be getting its eighth installment this October. Up until today, though, the title of the film was set to be “Saw: Legacy.” That has changed.
The new title for the movie will be “Jigsaw” because it will focus on the now-titular villain. For the eighth time, we will see Jigsaw trap his victims in his sadistic torture devices as he plays his gory games.
The title came with a new logo, seen above, that portrays the villain’s name as a pieced together puzzle.
“Jigsaw” will be bringing the games to theaters October 27.
