No Returns or Exchanges at Disney Springs
On October 7, the Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up store opened in the Town Center neighborhood at Disney Springs, in a storefront formerly occupied by Francescas. The temporary merchandise location offers Disney- and Hallmark-branded items, including souvenirs inspired by Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True (2026). The Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas movie was filmed at Walt Disney World Resort and stars Lacey Chabert and Travis van Winkle.
After a few weeks of Hallmark x Disney Christmas magic, Central Florida Disney Park guests are noticing a few quirks at the Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up store that future visitors should know.
What to Know Before Visiting the Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up
According to a report from Attractions Magazine, the Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. All sales are final. This is especially important for guests purchasing sized items, like the Hallmark x Disney Christmas pajamas.
Guests also report that employees sometimes utilize a virtual queue to minimize crowding in the store. Restocks reportedly happen throughout the day rather than once in the morning, so if the store doesn’t have your size in an item during your first visit, it’s best to come back and check again.
Still, some items, like the LoungeFly backpack inspired by Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, sold out on opening day. If there’s a specific item you’re after, buy it while it’s in stock.
Hallmark Crown Rewards members can earn points at the Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up, but they cannot redeem points there. Customers earn ten points per dollar spent, but they cannot use coupons earned from the rewards program at the Disney Springs location.
The Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up is open at Disney Springs through January 3, 2027.
