However, the theatrical calendar for the United Kingdom and Ireland now lists Avengers: Doomsday (2026) for December 16, 2026. That means audiences in those markets can begin seeing the movie two days before its official U.S. opening date.
The listing comes from Digital Cinema Media, which identifies Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International as the movie’s UK and Ireland distributor.
Interestingly, Disney’s own UK page still lists December 18. However, the newer theatrical calendar now lists Avengers: Doomsday (2026) for December 16 in the UK and Ireland, creating a discrepancy between the two listings.
For fans who happen to be traveling overseas, that creates an opportunity to potentially see Marvel’s next Avengers event before audiences back home.
And with this particular movie, those extra two days could matter quite a bit.
Two Days Could Create a Massive Problem
