Construction Under the Disneyland Hotel
Throughout 2026, Disneyland Paris Resort has been refurbishing the unique walkway to Disneyland Park, which runs beneath the iconic Disneyland Hotel. Construction walls, scrim, and other barriers filled the tunnel, creating a somewhat less magical experience for families headed to the original European Disney park.
As of August 11, the refurbishment is finally complete. That day, Pixie Dust DLP shared photos of the grand Victorian walkway and its refurbished ticket booths on Facebook:

But that’s not the end of the story.
Leak Discovered This Month
On August 11, X (formerly known as Twitter) user @DLPReport shared three photos taken on the walkway to Disneyland Park (Paris) underneath the Disneyland Hotel. The European Disney Park guest also confirmed that all signs of construction had disappeared, but revealed that Disney cast members had apparently discovered a leak in the area. In one image, a recycling bin surrounded by stanchions collects water as guests walk by.

Disneyland Paris Resort did not respond to this post, and it’s unclear whether the leak has been repaired yet. As of right now, the Disneyland Hotel is still welcoming guests, and the walkway to Disneyland Park underneath the iconic Disney Resort remains open.
