August usually brings plenty of anticipation as Disney fans look toward one of EPCOT’s biggest events of the year. Menus, new dishes, returning favorites, and drinks can quickly become part of the conversation as the festival gets closer.
But a huge food announcement has now arrived from elsewhere at Disney World, and it includes dozens of dishes and an enormous beverage lineup.
Here’s what just dropped.
EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Is Almost Here
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has become one of the biggest events on the Walt Disney World calendar.
Instead of focusing on a single restaurant or dining experience, the festival spreads food booths throughout EPCOT. Guests can sample smaller dishes and drinks inspired by different countries and cuisines as they make their way through the park.
The 2026 festival begins on August 27, and many fans are still patiently waiting to see the full menu lineup.
But EPCOT isn’t the only place at Walt Disney World hosting a major food and wine event this year.
Just a short distance away, another longtime event is preparing for its return, and its menus have now been revealed.
Food & Wine Menu Revealed
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns for its 17th year this fall.
The event takes place Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21, 2026, at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts.
Each night runs from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., giving guests four hours to explore the event. Admission includes unlimited food and beverage tastings from participating locations.
The event’s location also makes it an interesting option for EPCOT visitors. The Swan and Dolphin sit in the Crescent Lake area, within walking distance or a short boat ride from World Showcase.
That means guests could potentially spend part of their day enjoying EPCOT before heading over for an entirely different food festival that evening.
And a lot is waiting once they arrive.
More Than 50 Dishes and 170 Drinks Are Coming
The two-night event will feature more than 50 dishes alongside over 170 beverage selections.
The event draws from the Swan and Dolphin’s culinary program, which includes 23 restaurants and lounges. Participating locations include Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Todd English’s bluezoo, Rosa Mexicano, Il Mulino, Kimonos, The Fountain, and others.
Guests can also sample wine, beer, and other beverages from around the world. Live music adds to the street-party atmosphere, while celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina will be featured in celebrity chef experiences.
Several themed areas will return as well.
The Beer Garden gives beer fans a dedicated place for brews and food, while the Bubble Lounge focuses on champagne. Chinatown and For the Love of Florida will also return, combining food and drinks with their own décor and entertainment.
Of course, the biggest question is what everyone will be eating.
2026 Food & Wine Classic Menu
The newly revealed menu covers everything from seafood and Wagyu beef to tacos, pasta, salads, and burgers.
Some of the dishes announced for the 2026 event include:
- Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib (Friday & Saturday) — Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina will serve the beef with celery root espuma and shallot marmalade.
- Tacos de Cochinita Pibil (Friday & Saturday) — Rosa Mexicano’s tacos feature roasted pork marinated in achiote and spices, fresh corn tortillas, pickled cabbage, slaw, onions, and cilantro.
- Oyster Espuma (Friday & Saturday) — Todd English’s bluezoo will pair Gruyère panna cotta with a champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy parmesan, and tobiko caviar.
- Blackened Cedar Plank Grouper (Friday & Saturday) — For the Love of Florida will serve red grouper with coconut rice, ginger black beans, green onion, and chili-mango-pineapple pico de gallo.
- Cured Salmon, Blue Crab (Friday) — Kimonos will combine the seafood with takuan, avocado, mentaiko sauce, yuzu tobiko, and micro radish.
- Mini Smash Burger (Friday) — The Fountain will serve American Wagyu beef with American cheese, caramelized onion, Roma tomato, garlic aioli, and a cheddar-jalapeño slider roll.
- Lasagna (Friday) — Il Mulino’s version features house-made pasta, eggplant, fresh pomodoro, béchamel, roasted mushrooms, and caper crumbles.
- Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly (Friday) — Smokin D’s will pair the pork belly with carrot-ginger puree, chai-apricot glaze, crunchy garlic, and a hickory-smoked cane sugar “cloud.”
- Watermelon Feta Salad (Saturday) — Amare will combine sumac onions, red wine vinaigrette, grilled halloumi, fresh mint, watermelon, and feta.
And those are only some of the more than 50 dishes scheduled for the weekend.
Several Favorites Are Coming Back
The 2026 event isn’t relying entirely on new or featured dishes. Several familiar offerings are also returning across both nights.
Among the returning options are:
- Shu Mein (Friday & Saturday) — Chinatown’s plant-based dish features Shanghai noodles, braised tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo, and vegan broth.
- Chips and Salsa Bar (Friday & Saturday) — Rosa Mexicano will serve freshly fried corn tortilla chips with a selection of salsas and accompaniments, including salsa ranchera, pico de gallo, tomatillo arbol, aguamole, habanero, pickled onions, and pineapple pico.
The drinks are another major part of the experience.
Beer fans can make their way through the Beer Garden, which returns on both Friday and Saturday, featuring beer and food. The Bubble Lounge will also operate both nights, giving champagne fans a dedicated area for bubbly and small bites.
Wine selections from around the world will be available throughout the event as part of the unlimited sampling format, giving guests plenty of options beyond the food.
Disney World Food Fans Have a Busy Fall Ahead
EPCOT may get most of the attention when people hear “Food & Wine” at Disney World, but the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic offers something very different.
Instead of moving between EPCOT booths and paying for individual dishes, guests buy admission and can sample from dozens of culinary and beverage offerings throughout the evening.
With more than 50 dishes, over 170 beverage selections, themed areas, live entertainment, and food from a wide range of Swan and Dolphin restaurants, there’s plenty packed into those two nights.
And with EPCOT’s own festival quickly approaching, Disney World food fans now have even more menus to start planning around in 2026.
