There is a specific kind of EPCOT experience that regulars hold onto tightly, the kind that feels personal, slightly off the beaten path, and reliably excellent in a way that the more famous spots in the park can never quite replicate. For years, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France Pavilion at World Showcase was exactly that kind of place. Guests who knew about it treated it like a closely guarded secret. You could walk in around midday, order a ham and cheese sandwich or a quiche, grab a pastry and a coffee, and find a table without the kind of battle that the park’s more prominent dining locations required. The food was exceptional, the prices were reasonable, and the experience felt like a genuine slice of French café culture tucked inside a theme park in Central Florida.
That version of Les Halles exists mostly in the memories of the guests who experienced it before the secret got out. The France Pavilion’s transformation into one of EPCOT’s most visited areas, driven largely by the arrival of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and the crowds it pulls from the moment the park opens, has turned Les Halles from a quiet gem into one of the most consistently busy quick service locations in all of World Showcase. Lines now stretch well outside the entrance during peak hours, the indoor seating fills up within minutes of the morning rush beginning, and the summer season ahead, with the International Flower and Garden Festival already closed and the Food and Wine Festival not starting until late August, means Les Halles is going to be carrying the quick service weight of the France Pavilion through the busiest months of the year without the outdoor festival kitchens to help absorb the crowd.
Into that context comes a menu update that every regular at this bakery needs to know about before their next visit. Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie has rolled out a combination of new items, removed items, and price increases across 16 existing menu offerings, and the changes are significant enough to affect how guests plan and budget their France Pavilion stop.

What Got Removed
Four items have been taken off the menu entirely:
- Pain Lard Fromage
- Patisserie a l’abricot
- Tarte au Chocolat et Caramel
- Café Liegois
Six New Items Have Been Added
Disney replaced those four departures with six new additions, giving the menu a net gain of two items:
- Croiss Oh La La at $13.95, previously a limited-time offering that has now been made a permanent menu item
- Citron Blueberry at $7.95
- Macaron Chocolat at $7.95
- Éclair Vanille at $5.75
- Macaron Plant Based at $8.95
- Ourson at $5.95
The permanence of the Croiss Oh La La is particularly notable for guests who encountered it as a limited-time item and wanted to see it stay. It is now a fixture on the menu rather than a seasonal offering.
The Increased Prices
Sixteen existing menu items have seen price adjustments. Most of the increases fall in the 25 to 50 cent range, though a couple have moved up by a full dollar. Here is the complete breakdown:
- Poulet au Pistou: $11.50 to $11.95
- Croissant Jambon Fromage: $6.95 to $7.95
- Jambon Beurre: $10.95 to $11.25
- Quiche Lorraine: $7.25 to $7.50
- Pissaladiere: $5.95 to $6.95
- Croque Monsieur: $10.50 to $10.75
- Croissant: $3.25 to $3.95
- Pain au Chocolat: $4.25 to $4.95
- Croissant Amandes: $6.75 to $6.95
- Tarte aux Fraises: $7.25 to $7.75
- Macarons Collection: $13.50 to $13.75
- Framboise: $7.50 to $7.95
- Espresso: $5.15 to $5.25
- Sirop Monin: $1.25 to $1.50
- Mimosa: $12.75 to $12.95
- Frosé: $15.75 to $15.95
The Croissant and Pain au Chocolat seeing increases of 70 cents each will be the ones most felt by casual visitors who stop in specifically for a quick pastry rather than a full meal. Those two items are among the most frequently ordered at the bakery and their new price points reflect a meaningful jump from where they were.

Planning Around the Crowds and Prices This Summer
For guests visiting EPCOT this summer and planning to stop by Les Halles, it’s important to factor in crowd levels into your schedule. Arriving early, ideally before the mid-morning rush that starts building as Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure begins its first wave of guests, will give you the best chance for a manageable line and available seating. The indoor seating area fills up quickly, so it’s wise to grab a table as soon as you enter, rather than waiting until after you order. This strategy distinguishes those who can enjoy their meal comfortably from those who have to balance trays while searching for a place to sit.
Unfortunately, the days of walking up and ordering a full baguette to fuel your park day are gone. While it used to be a great option for breakfast and lunch, as well as a nice break from the heat or rain, it now feels nearly impossible to find space in the area.
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie is located in the France Pavilion at World Showcase in EPCOT and is open during regular park hours.
