Security had reported a suspicious and aggressive individual near the valet entrance checkpoint. A security guard described the man, later identified as Trevor, as appearing heavily intoxicated and disoriented.
When the guard attempted to offer assistance, the situation reportedly escalated quickly. Trevor allegedly issued verbal threats, including statements such as, “Don’t touch me, I’m going to break your face,” before physically pushing the guard and entering a restricted area.
A second security guard later told police that he was also pushed during the encounter, further intensifying the situation.
Security personnel maintained visual contact as Trevor moved through the North Parking Garage. According to the report, he continued behaving erratically—walking through landscaping, descending embankments, and eventually entering Tom Williams Way, where he walked in active traffic lanes.
When officers arrived and attempted to intervene, Trevor allegedly refused commands and took a fighting stance. Police reported that he then charged toward an officer, closing distance rapidly.
With backup delayed, the officer deployed a department-issued Taser 7. The first cartridge was unsuccessful, but a second deployment made effective contact, allowing officers to take Trevor into custody without further incident.
He was transported to AdventHealth Millenia for medical evaluation before being booked at the Orange County facility.
Trevor now faces charges including two counts of battery on a uniformed or licensed security officer and resisting an officer without violence.
