Some of us are not even familiar with all the super hero Guardians themes. I don’t ever watch those movies. However having that themeing at Disneyland Resort give people an incentive to visit California Adventure. By the same token those of us who love this Twilight Zone theme would miss the classic attraction vibe.
It seems like there are more drops on the Disneyland ride. Seems like maybe as much as 6? I’ve never been there so i don’t know. But I’ve only ever had maybe 2 or 3 drops at Disney World, and that’s the most fun part.
Last time we were at WDW in August, we had at least 8 drops on TOT! It was the most drops I’ve ever experienced since the ride first opened. It totally made the entire day for us!
Well. Here comes another nail in the coffin to the Studios. Just change the name of the whole park pleas we cuz it has absolutely nothing to do with making movies anymore. Just another cash grab to make an existing ORIGINAL idea into a mediocre attraction based around an IP, that truthfully no one actually cares about. INFINITY saga is over. You have Guardians at EPCOT…another park that has nothing to do with what I was originally themed to be. Just change all the park names. Because even Animal Kingdom is starting to have absolutely nothing to do with animals anymore and even Magic Kingdom is being striped of what it was meant to be. Disney leadership has erased the words THEME PARKS from its concept. And only sticks random attractions that have no cohesiveness to the area it is in. IPs and Brand Placement is all they care about now. And all at a price the originally targeted audience can no longer afford. Remember that scene in Escape From L.A. yeah. It’s coming if they keep this up. But hey, you have that big ugly bird cage bar at Grand Floridian now right. Yay
Wrong. The Twilight Zone is ten times better than Guardians and is never being changed in WDW. DCA will be getting The Twilight Zone back when Disney is broken up as a monopoly, loses Marvel, and has to remove Guardians from all parks to avoid paying billions in licensing to Marvel which will be independent again.

I totally love TOT, but the guardians ride at DisneyLand is fantastic. I wouldnt mind at all if they changed it.

They could remove the Twilite Zine theme and still keep is scary. Maybe even more so.

No, this has always been my favorite ride until Guardians/Cosmic Rewind came along at Epcot. Keep its theme the way it is!
