According to the official announcement, the Wilderness Lodge dock will undergo routine maintenance from April 13 through late July 2026. As part of this work, boat transportation will be temporarily suspended from April 13 through May 1.
This means that during that window, guests staying at Wilderness Lodge will not have access to boat service connecting them to key destinations, including Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Outside of the closure dates, the standard boat routes will continue to operate, including expanded afternoon service loops that typically include Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
