A diverse group of Disney cast members, mostly young adults, are standing closely together, smiling, and looking ahead. They are all wearing teal uniforms with badges. Some are holding hands, creating a sense of unity and celebration. The background shows more people in similar attire.

It’s good that Disney is looking at redesigning their cast member costumes for their comfort, especially in those high heat days.

I agree, it is good, but honestly what took Disney so long? We have had those materials for awhile now. But all in all great things to do.

will it have a Nike, or Adidas logo on the sleeve?

Look good – I need one of those vendor shirts from MK

Love the new look now only if they would go back to stricter dress codes. So many of the men look homeless with their unkept beards and hair…

They need to adhere to stricture personal grooming codes like when Walt or Roy was around. Some CM look sloppy.

Yes indeed! and some are OBESE to infinity and beyond!
I am no slim Jim by any stretch BUT for guys there was no facial hair, no tattoos showing, and no weird hair colors. Women limited jewelry, no showing tattoos and weird hair colors. We had to wear underwear – yes they told us, certain color belts and shoes which we provided. I remember using black magic marker to turn my brown belt into a black one before my shift. It was an honor to represent the company. Now everyone expects the company to accommodate their every whim. There was a reason Walt wanted clean cut looking people – you could go to other places for the “carni” look -but that is what Disney has achieved under Iger – good riddance.
