This is strictly a money grab plain and simple! Even small children can manage to walk over the tracks! People know the tracks are there and should be paying attention to where they are walking! Otherwise get on the sidewalk!
Im surprised they didn’t sue for having one-ply toilet tissue in the bathroom.
