This is a relaxing and informative ride and an especially welcome respite on a hot day. If they were going to close the ride for good, they wouldn’t do it one tree at a time, and in full view of Guests. There is probably an issue with the track that they’re working on. Don’t panic yet. 🤞🤞
Well i won’t jump to too many conclusions but it is possible that the treed root system had become bigger then space allowed. But if that was the case why not just uproot it and move it somewhere it could continue to live and grow. With them destroying the tree, it is possible that it had contracted some form of blight or other issue that could contaminate the other fauna within its area and that was the only way to protect the environment. Sadly we will probably never know.
