Big news for Experiment 626 fans! Following the massive success of the live-action Lilo & Stitch (2025), a Stitch attraction has finally returned to Walt Disney World Resort. However, this experience is only available for a limited time, so make sure to visit while you still can!
Stitch Attraction at Disney World

Don’t worry–it’s not the terrifying (and sometimes painful) Stitch’s Great Escape returning to Magic Kingdom Park. On February 17, Walt Disney World Resort guests were surprised with the return of the Stitch topiary for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. According to BlogMickey, the little blue (well, in this case, green) alien sits in front of the Mission: SPACE attraction in the World Discovery neighborhood.
This is the first time that the Stitch topiary has been part of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival since 2019. In previous years, it has been given a Santa hat and used during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.

Even though the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival doesn’t start until March 4, Stitch is not the first topiary to arrive for the annual event. On February 11, Disney Park guests spotted topiaries of Goofy, Phineas & Ferb, and Bambi (1942) throughout the park. The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts continues through February 23, but the Walt Disney World Resort horticulture team starts installing topiaries and other Flower & Garden Festival landscaping early to ensure that it’s ready for the annual event’s start date.
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

The 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival runs from March 4 to June 1, 2026. The annual event includes themed entertainment, limited-time food & beverages, exclusive merchandise, and, of course, jaw-dropping landscaping and topiaries around the World Showcase, World Celebration, World Nature, and World Discovery neighborhoods.
Most festival nights, the Garden Rocks Concert Series takes over the America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure World Showcase Pavilion at EPCOT. Walt Disney World Resort has already released a performance schedule for the concert series, featuring visiting artists such as Sugar Ray, the Plain White T’s, Simple Plan, and more.

The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival also includes Spike’s PollenNation Exploration, Butterfly Landing Presented by AdventHealth, the Eggstravaganza Scavenger Hunt, Camp Get Out’ N’ Play Garden presented by OFF! Repellents, Blossoms of Fragrance presented by Scentsy, English Tea Garden Tours presented by Twinings, Rain or Shine Fruit Stand Presented by Outshine, and The Honey Bee-stro Garden Hosted by The National Honey Board.
