Both Compensation packages are very, very generous , however, if these packages were brought down some, perhaps middle class families could afford to visit Disney.
Prices are to high, and most of your time is spent‘ waiting’ for attractions, unless of course, you she’ll even more $$$ for attraction incentives to expedite waiting times.

Not to mention, attractions once known as favorites or perpetual are being removed.
Rich people love to brag about how much money they have. If he sent me even one of his months salary I could afford to spend a week at Disney and hire a chauffeur to drive me there in a brand new vehicle with a police escort. Sheez. 🙄
The people making the experience and bringing in the visitors are the cast members…yet, there are cast members living in their cars because they pay so little.
Take away from these huge pays, pay cast members better and lower prices, especially on entrance fees, then attendance would go up, increasing sales, allowing for expansion and updates all while still being profitable.
No-one working fulltime should be living in their cars.. and they are extremely strict on attendance and how the cast members are seen inside and outside of the parks or stores.
