First , most of all, I LOVE DISNEYLAND!!! I have been going to Disneyland since I was 18 years old when I moved to Southern California in 1966. My husband and I enjoyed Disneyland so much.
Once we started having children in 1971, we took them to Disneyland since they were 2 weeks. We did the same with the next two!! We bought passes for them later as they got older .
My 3 daughters are married now and have children of their own. My older daughter and her family live in Northern California but make at least 4 trips a year down here so we can go to Disneyland. My granddaughters take their friends to Disneyland as they are 27 and 23 years old. My second daughter and her family live in Orlando Florida now! Guess where they go all the time??? Disney World! In fact, my grandson Alexander works at Disney in Animotronics!! He and his fiance go all.the time. My youngest daughter who lives in Calimesa , CA , 10 minutes from me in Yucaipa , CA. They all have passes.
My comment is : I so wish, “maybe upon a star” that Disney could lower the admission price. I myself can no longer afford to go. I know there are a lot of children who will never see Disneyland. This was not Walts dream when he created Disneyland! He wanted children to enjoy fantasy, families to go together for the day and forget their cares and worries!
It needs to go back to that. Nit the price,but at least affordable.
