the problem isn’t updated techniques or different story telling, it is different stories.

Disney is re-writing stories that have been around in many cases for hundreds of years, Snow White being a prime example of that.

write a new story, give it a new name, but they are reaping the rewards of being lazy and re-using established IP to tell a story that people don’t associate with that IP.

I’m not saying people don’t want that story, they might have enjoyed it if it were not re-using Snow White. they forced this story to lose before it even had a chance.

the sad fact is, they could have re-done the exact same Snow White story using updated techniques and story telling methods, and also the story they packaged as Snow White and made plenty at the box office.

maybe new leadership will give them some sanity in this department.

The live action Snow White was flop from the beginning. They should have shelved it and cut their losses. Poor decision making on that one. If they had done it without all the controversy, it may have had a better turnout. I still refuse to watch it.

  3. They definitely shouldn’t have tried to name it Snow White for obvious reasons.

Zegler: I lost Disney $170 billion dollars!

    Me: That’s Hollywood baby!!

Not only did Rachel Zegler cost Disney all that money, but Disney cost Disney all that money by hiring that evil, narcissistic brat in the first place. But the real reason Disney was slapped with karma was because they got it into their woke little minds they could go completely against Walt’s wishes and destroy his very first movie with leftwing poop.
Problem is, remakes aka revised leftwing editions of beloved films are GOING to keep happening unless people are smart and strong enough to avoid them as much as they did Snowblower Brown and not cave in like the weak kneed shills they are when Girlboss Lilo and Watered Down Stitch came out.

She didn’t want our business and we didn’t give it to her. Especially after she wished us no peace. She should be grateful she got what she wanted. Weird, weird!

We already knew she cost Disney a fortune with her big, big mouth why is everyone talking like this is brand new information?

Disney deserved her and of course will not learn from their mistake of hiring hate spewing leftist actors and actresses nor will they learn to stop remaking everything especially timeless classics. Not only did Disney disgrace poor Walt but her performance as the Snow White character was an insult to Germany and the person or persons who wrote the original fairytale.
I’m just disappointed we didn’t get Brett Cooper’s version of the story but proud that people, not just America, took a firm stand against Rachel Zeglers evilness and Disney’s stup idity.

Disney should’ve cancelled the film the very instant people started complaining about it. But no they went right on ahead with it and took their medicine.
Will either Disney or Rachel learn from their mistakes? Of course not. After all, they’re still going through with remakes of Moana, Tangled, Hercules and probably Frozen. Anything for money regardless if the audience asks for these films or not. Thankfully some remakes got cancelled like Bambi and Aristocrats but who knows. The Tangled remake was supposedly cancelled after the Mud Brown controversy but apparently Disney wants to lose even more money.
Hopefully enough people will avoid the Moana remake to, I definitely will. Not only is Moana not old enough to get a remake but didn’t need one in the first place. Again, it’s all in the name of money and Disney will milk all their cows until they’re long since dead and dried up.
