Many Disney merchandise locations no longer will take cash for merchandise or food, credit cards or gift cards are all that are excepted

  2. It’s sad that WDW ended sending park purchases to your hotel room. Several family members have gone to WDW and due to this issue, haven’t purchased as many items. When you purchase an item at the back of the park, it’s too time consuming to run the item up to the locker to store. For me: finding anything Figment would fill up not only my backpack but a duffle bag (😂😂 which would be allowed into the park). Wish Disney would resume this great service.

I agree. The package delivery was amazing. But it is saving me money. I no longer purchase over $500 of Food and Wine Fest merchandise to take home.

The lost: ship from parks to resorts, cashless, room service and such perks don’t really cost Disney anything. Removal actually costs Disney money. Whose gonna buy ALOT of merch to carry around all day? No one. Some people don’t like to charge on credit cards, so will not buy items in parks, if can’t pay cash. I agree to no cash at park carts, but in shops & at resorts, shouldn’t be a problem – cameras. Why not offer Disney+ on the resort TV? They may get hooked & sign-ups at home..It is only good business sense. Get a CEO who knows business.
