The general view here in Australia is that most people are holding off until Mr Trump has left office. And then wait to see who takes his place. Currently, there’s a genuine belief that people may be refused entry at US customs. See you all in 2029.
Visitor numbers to America have plummeted because of Trump.
Europeans are not even thinking about it.
Just posting this would get me turned around at Border Control.
Who is going to spend thousands on a trip to be sent back on the next plane?
We can only hope that you have to wait for 8 years of Vance after Trump!! Maybe yr kids will then be too old and you won’t come at all.. yea! Go Trump!
That is the most rediculously foolish thing I have heard yet. There is no way a majority of your country would want you saying they are all that imbalanced.
The cost of living is just hitting everyone right now and vacations have become a boujee luxury. For Americans that get minimal paid leave, Disney must seem like a flex if you are able to spend $800 for 1 days entry for a family of 4 to wait in lines and buy expensive food that all goes toward propping up board rooms. As a European flights to the US are looking good value but what does that say, disney is over 50% more expensive than it was when I last went in 2002. Albiet 24 years on.
Eyeing up air bnbs and excursions like the everglades or museums are eye wateringly expensive compared to similar european tourist destinations, many of which are free or affordable. When I’ve visited Six Flags in the US I’ve found they are also far more expensive than comparable parks elsewhere in the world. The US has priced out international tourists but was it intentional?
Let’s be honest! Disney has priced themselves out of reach for the average American family! We live in Florida and have not gone to Disney in years because of how expensive it has become!
International AND domestic have been priced out., Disney was always expensive but you got many extras and an exceptional show when you passed the turnstile. You did not have to deal with hoards of people glued to their phones creating blockades. The whole experience has been degraded and I should pay more for that? Even the Cast members who I know who remember how it “was” before the madness prefer Universal
There has been a fall in worldwide air travel to the USA alone not sure whats caused such a percentage to fall something has caused this and there are signs of a domino affect happening right now in the USA travel industry.

It seems like most of the negativity is coming from the USA customer not Europeans.
Personally I like Trump. At least he gets rid of the vermin. We could do with him in the UK.
The big problem is Disney greed not Trump.
As a result I now come across the pond only once every 2 years instead of annually.
Still love Disney/Universal etc. and always will.
So magical !!
ditto – problem Disney greed I would also add their major cultural shift from traditional values – and not only a shift – a poke in the eye to those that hold them.
I’m not sure when it’s supposed to start but Trump says that anyone visiting from another county will have the LAST FIVE YEARS of their social media checked first! How ridiculous is that? He sure knows how to ruin our economy.
Disney needs to offer DVC members ticket discounts, as we have accommodations. Summer stays use the most points, so to offset, theme park tickets need to be discounted.
If Disney really cared about the people. They would listen to what the people are saying by finding other places to go. They need to get their head out of the clouds. They need to lower prices to what they were 5 years ago. That is if it’s not too late. Making the changes they made is the reason I didn’t renew my annual pass.

Oh really? The “general view” so you’ve taken a poll? youve asked everyone? Or are you just wish casting. Take your political clap trap elsewhere.

I totally agree with you, and I’m American. I knew he’s really hurt tourism/ dollars in our economy by putting all these ridiculous rules in.

The package deals are great for families that don’t own in Disney, but again, the time share holders are being left out of the deals.
