Universal and Disney have posting at all rides stating what the ride does, example, flickering lights, up and down, loud noise, etc. And it also lists health conditions one might have, example, heart condition, HBP, back issues! And they shouldn’t ride the ride! You can’t miss it, large dark letters! If you have a listed health condition, and you get on a ride, it’s your decision and responsibility if something happens to you, not the theme park.

I agree with Andrea. I spend a lot of time waiting for my crew to get off rides but I am smart enough to read the signs, and figure out suicide by theme park isn’t going to get you what people think it will & opt to be around. Either some of these people think they are invincible or they are just stupid.

These industries have done all they should to protect your safety. Your HEALTH IS YOUR CONCERN! Like buying a house, no purchase sight unseen. So, why would you go on a ride knowingly you have medical/health/physical/mental concerns?? To satisfy your family, loved ones, wolf pack? Very stupid! Riders Beware! Heed the information provided. They do not know your health or your concerns. You do. Yet, you get on it just to satisfy your curiosity or blend in with the excitement. Now, your fate hits you and those you left behind grief along with wanting HUGE compensation. What a way to remember you. Truly, is that honestly commemorating your life? Now you truly know if they love you. I guess too late cos you now found out as you’re looking at those who strikes for lawsuit from another realm.
So, in short, I’m not protecting this industry. I’m merely asking people to USE common sense. No more ignorance. No more hatred. No more greed. No more sadness. Allow those who are righteously fit and capable to enjoy the industry. Love and share your happiness by not restricting, limiting the rides for others. Find thrill and happiness based on your health, mental and intangible ability. If unknown, be cautious. Your Life is NOT WORTH RISKING for the sake of pride and adrenaline rush decision! RIP to those who have passed and may peace be those family who have lost their loved ones.
