On Sunday, January 25, X (formerly known as Twitter) user @DLPReport confirmed that a Pixar merchandise kiosk had been removed from the Animation Courtyard area of Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris Resort. The Disney Park guest shared this photo of the space where the merchandise location once sat:

This unannounced overnight change comes months before the second European Disney park reopens as Disney Adventure World, with several new and improved offerings. Disneyland Paris Resort hasn’t said whether the Pixar merchandise kiosk will return, but it’s unlikely, given the timeline for the overhaul of Walt Disney Studios Park.

On March 29, 2026, Walt Disney Studios Park will officially reopen as Disney Adventure World. Disneyland Paris Resort is reimagining the theme park about the behind-the-scenes magic of movie-making into an immersive journey through fan-favorite cinematic universes.

The park will retain some existing lands and attractions, including Marvel Avengers Campus and the Worlds of Pixar. However, it will also introduce the World of Frozen, a scaled recreation of the Norwegian village in Frozen (2013), including Elsa’s Ice Palace. The land will house two attractions, a show, and an advanced walk-around Olaf audio-animatronic.

When it opens, Disney Adventure World will also debut the Tangled (2010)-themed Rapoince Tangled Spin, a new Disney Princess-themed dining experience, and the most advanced Disney Park nighttime spectacular yet, Disney Cascade of Lights.

Disneyland Paris Resort is constructing an additional land (including a log flume ride) inspired by The Lion King (1994) and a flying carousel inspired by Up (2009) at Disney Adventure World. The European Disney park has not confirmed a grand opening date for either experience.
