Yes. Padmè Naberrie Amidala Skywalker needs to be in Star Wars again. Why not perhaps make a movie about her and the Naberrie family and maybe a TV show.

Please bring Padmè Naberrie Amidala Skywalker back to the Star Wars franchise.

I’m starting to think George Lucas has bad motives. Sell to Disney?!! I think he WANTS the new star wars movies, etc. to fail. He’s a movie genius. He knows what is going on. I think he just wants the money and his legacy as the best star wars to continue.

No, horrible acting and terrible chemistry with the male actor….. painful to watch.

It may have been story driven but there are budget and time considerations, that de-aging work seems fruitful online but ironically the studios seem to struggle with it. Obi-Wan was a poorly executed good idea, while Ashoka was just a bad idea. There are ways to bring her in, but a) it needs to be in the service of the story or we’ll get more Sequel level junk, and b) they better do it quick. SW is in danger of fading out, something to be found on TCM; and Portman isn’t getting any younger. She’s still one of the most beautiful women in the world but no one can pretend to be 20 forever.
