The transportation problems you describe have been there since our family has gone there since 1985. Our kids have grown, so we have gone back to hiking out to the parking lots to our rental car, whether we are at a resort, or at a Good Neighbor hotel. The shutdowns of the Skyliner in bad weather are a nightmare. Only the ferries seem to get it, using platforms/ramps for faster loading and unloading.
Went to New Year eve in MK in 2009. Wall to wall people. Took 2 1/2 hours to get to off property hotel. 65000 people in park that night. Go to any sporting event where 65000 attend and leaving is just as bad or worse. Part of the experience
Do people EVER stop complaining about normal issues that arise during high attendance? Perhaps some of the weak of heart should just stay home. You make the park experience miserable for everyone else.

How dare they care about the safety of their guests?
