Disney is making a bold statement with EPCOT’s culinary direction in 2026. With the release of the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts Foodie Guide, the company has confirmed 59 new food items, marking one of the most extensive single-festival menu refreshes the park has seen in years. This is not a light seasonal update or a modest expansion—it is a comprehensive reset of EPCOT’s festival dining experience.
Food has long been a cornerstone of EPCOT’s identity, but the scope of this year’s changes signals a deliberate shift. Nearly every festival food studio across World Celebration, World Discovery, World Nature, and World Showcase is debuting new dishes, dramatically altering how guests experience the park during the event.

New Additions Across the Entire Disney Park
The scale of this update becomes clear almost immediately. In World Celebration, Opening Bites introduces items like the Soft Shell Crab Slider with green papaya slaw and mango ketchup, alongside the Enchanted Rose, a dark chocolate mousse dessert designed with presentation firmly in mind.
Nearby, The Deconstructed Dish continues its concept-driven approach with offerings such as the Deconstructed BLT, featuring pork belly, a soft-poached egg, onion bread pudding, and tomato jam. The booth also debuts a Deconstructed Key Lime Pie, pairing key lime curd and toasted meringue with waffle cone elements for added texture.
Figment’s Inspiration Station Expands Its Role
Figment’s Inspiration Station at The Odyssey stands out as one of the most visually playful locations at the festival. New additions include Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken and Waffles, a layered dish combining rainbow popcorn, popcorn chicken, mini mozzarella, and maple syrup.
Desserts are a major focus here, with the debut of the Figment Fantasy Cake, a sponge cake filled with strawberry whipped cream and topped with white chocolate details, as well as the Color Scheme Cake, a rainbow-colored slice finished with freeze-dried candy.

World Showcase Brings Substantial New Offerings
The most significant expansion of new items takes place throughout World Showcase. In Mexico, new dishes include the Chile Relleno Taco, filled with seared beef tenderloin and poblano pepper, and the Tostada de Cangrejo, topped with guacamole, lump crab, mango, and crispy onions. A Passion Fruit Paleta, filled with sweetened condensed milk and finished with chili-lime seasoning, adds a dessert option.
China introduces several additions, including General Tso’s Chicken Shumai, a Char Siu Pork Bun, and a classic Egg Tart. Norway contributes a new baked item with the Hazelnut Praline Boller, while Germany offers heartier fare such as Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib alongside a Black Forest Cake dessert.
Italy’s menu includes Polenta Pasticciata, layered with bolognese and cheeses, and a new dessert, Raspberry Spuma, made with vanilla sauce, mint whipped cream, and puffed rice.
Elevated Plates in The American Adventure
At The American Adventure, Disney introduces several of the festival’s most substantial dishes. New items include the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad, the Peppercorn-crusted Striploin served with potatoes au gratin and asparagus, and a Dark Chocolate Torte with whipped cream and raspberries.
These offerings blur the line between festival fare and full entrée, reinforcing EPCOT’s reputation as Disney World’s most food-forward park.
Japan, France, and Canada Add Depth and Variety
Japan’s booth lineup features several new items, including a Taiyaki pastry filled with custard, a Tokyo Kawaii Roll with crispy shrimp tempura, and a Wagyu Bun filled with minced American wagyu beef.
France adds the Crème de Brie en Petit Pain, serving warm brie in a bread bowl, along with a Crab Cake with Lobster Bisque and a detailed Chocolate-Orange Éclair featuring orange cream, chocolate ganache, and candied oranges.
Canada rounds out the lineup with more adventurous selections such as Wild Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Bone Marrow, and a plant-based Citrus-braised Beet Tartare designed to resemble a plated egg yolk.

A Festival That Signals a Shift
Introducing 59 new food items in a single festival represents more than culinary ambition—it reflects a broader strategy. EPCOT continues to position itself as the centerpiece of Disney World’s dining culture, and this festival reinforces that role.
For guests attending the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts in 2026, the experience will feel notably different. Familiar booths now feature largely new menus, encouraging exploration rather than repetition.
This level of change sets a new expectation—not just for this festival, but for EPCOT’s future seasonal events. With this overhaul, Disney is clearly signaling that food remains a driving force in how the park evolves.
You can check out the entire menu and more on Disney’s official website. The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts takes place from January 16 to February 23. In addition to all the food, the International Festival of the Arts at EPCOT also has special activities, entertainment, and much more.
