I do think that it is ridiculous that the people working at Disney, did not try to help the person who passed out. They asked for water and they told them to buy it. That is so cold. Help the person and if they can’t be helped after getting a little water then call the 911. Not impressed with the workers at all.
I have had similar experiences: last year, due to not being allowed DAS, I stumbled many, many times & fell hard in Tomorrowland, near a Guest Services umbrella. 3 people came to help, while a cast member just stood there & did nothing.
Last September, my service dog lost one of his shoes in AKL – Jambo House. I was just given a paper to make a claim at Lost and Found. I knew it was lost in lobby or hallway on room floor. I went to front desk within 10 minutes of it missing. No help by hotel.
