Agreed. Tower has the creepiest most spectacular horror feeling of any ride ever built. To swap that for cheap action sequences or bad humor would ruin the entire park. And the others should stay too, don’t touch the walt classics, and don’t touch my star tours!
My family and I were just there a few weeks ago, out of all the rides tower was the one we least enjoyed. I think disney could have done better with it, im all for it going away.
Tropical Americas in DAK is going to have a Coco themed area. I still enjoy taking a fun boat ride with The Three Caballeros. The ride just came off of a refurbishment and upgrade cycle.
This Stuff with Disney changing everything is getting old !!! I am sick and tired of hearing what Walt created being taken away. Its no wonder people are using this place as a suicide dive. Charge you thousands and most of the attractions are under refurbishment
Completely disagree on ToT. Unless disney decides to totally rebrand the old hollywood theme of sunset Blvd ToT is not going anywhere as it is the perfect compliment to the theme. Imagine how ridiculous a branded ride would look in that area.
I don’t think Tower of Terror is in any way leaving it’s a Staple to MGM Hollywood Studios but I do think the more Disney sells out to Corporate Greed the more we are just in a losing Battle. I doubt they even care what anyone really thinks
Have we gotten too brainwashed into thinking IP is now the First, Middle, and Last word in theme parks? Too hard to remember Original attractions are what have gravitated to Disney in the first place? We do we need to have two Universal park companies? Let Universal do their thing, and Disney get back to what they do best! Secondly, there’s always future generations who will discover some of these older attractions for the first time!
Agree to dropping the Speedway – the lines are soooo long for what you get. Agree to Star Tours moving to Star Wars area, but not dropping it. Agree to ride in Mexico – it was always a nice one to ride in the Florida heat, but needs a new theme. DO NOT AGREE to Tower of Terror – that is one of my favorites!! Please keep it!! For Dinosaur, keep it, just update it! I’m 71 and still love coming to WDW!
I’m so tired of beloved rides going away. I love the boat ride in Mexico, cooling off and resting my feet and eyes from the hot Florida sun and miles of walking. I’m so sad about Dinosaur and that whole theme. Little ones absolutely love it. ToT should ALWAYS stay. The Speedway was always a staple when my kids were young. It’s awful that there are fewer and fewer actual “Walt” designed rides left, that the classics are forgotten and hardly viewed. Show the old movies in the hotels for free, so modern kids can fall in love with them as we all did. And for God’s sake…lower the dam prices!!!!
Tower of Terror will absolutely survive the next decade. It will also return to DCA. Disney is being broken up so that means Marvel will not survive the next decade and neither will all Pixar attractions or Galaxy’s Edge as Disney will be losing all its acquired IP.

Coco can’t fit in Mexico pavilion unless they get rid of the market area so more waiting room

Disney stopped caring about themes cohesion when they dropped the Guardians of the Galaxy in Future World.
