This is just another rehashed story with still more shock and awe and a tagline that is not indicative of the actual story!!!

Bottom line that was yet to be made clear!! This rider knew he should NOT have ridden this ride. He knew he had a lifelong injury that would prevent him from riding this ride!! In fact this should be ruled a suicide because at 32 he certainly knew he was not able to control his body during this ride!!!

I get that he wanted to ride it and if I’m not mistaken, it seems like I read that he had already ridden it a couple of times earlier in the day. However, if this roller coaster is anything like every one I’ve ever seen/ridden, there are signs at the beginning that state who should not ride it, or should ride at their own risk. I think every one says something about riding at your own risk if you have neck or back problems. While it’s sad that someone died and I am sorry for his gf, family, and friends, he should have known the risks. Park employees have pushed and pulled at least twice on the restraints of every ride I’ve ever been on, so the gf stating that they did that to him should be a good thing, shouldn’t it?
