It eliminates almost every living person – ranging from pregnancy to blood pressure to back issues (not injuries- just pain). They do this because it’s always a risk to ride anything, even if you’re 100%. This poor man had a VERY specific injury a roller coaster would most certainly impact. (And so, it did – in a massive way.) I have epilepsy. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere, having a seizure due to something I knew would happen (ex: strobes), and sue. People need to take responsibility. No one should get the death penalty, but you simply should not be allowed to sue if the ride is determined to be operational and you willingly rode it with an injury.
