It was not Sea World at fault here. One of the reasons you go to this park is to see animals, so why would you fault them for one that is wild in the area? Come on, people are getting sue happy. If she was that injured, she would have sought medical treatment immediately.

damages…..
Either way, refusing care and then suing was not the brightest thing you can do. If you are TRULY injured “permanently” then you get help IMMEDIATELY and not wait….
Most juries would feel the same and she would lose……SeaWorld is being harassed by a “ambulance chasing” attourney…
I am sorry I don’t believe that they are responsible for what happened to her. It was just nature going its way and she was in the path. It wasn’t their fault.
Totally agree with all statements above. My first thought was……. if it was that serious, why did she not seek medical attention immediately? That alone should be enough to drop the lawsuit.
