I think that this is really great!!! Closing the park early so that they can dedicate some deserved fun for the cast members. I totally agree. I think that doing this once in a while for the cast members would be a great idea and would keep people that are into quality service and behavior in the parks and not go to another theme park company. I also think that closing the park early is a good idea so that they can start repainting Cinderella’s castle.
