I have no idea what this merger means for pricing & usage, but given Disney’s greed (look at ticket prices for the Disney parks) I’m not particularly hopeful.
Luckily, Spectrum includes both Disney+ & Hulu at no extra cost with their cable packages. So, I doubt my prices will increase.
Really means higher prices and some more stuff to buy,be honest I DONT FRIGGIN NEED Disney TI WATCH THERE Show’s OR MOVIE’S,I CAN DO IT FREE BUT CUZ IM A FAN AND LONG TIME Viewer!
FREE PLATFORMS FOR EVERYTHING!( SAME WITH MOVIES,SAW F4 TWICE, DEADPOOL AN WOLVERINE,BUT U GUYS KEEP MAKING CRAP OR LESS THAN QUALITY,IM SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW TO Pass IT ON WITH stranger’s,how to WATCH FOR FREE!!!!!!
SERIOUSLY,STOP MAKING ALL KID CRAP,MAKE IT SEPERATE,BE TRUE TO FANS AND PRODUCTION,STOP THE WOKE BS STUFF ALSO!
Prepare for disappointment! That deal is going to be updated for the new solo Disney+ ans with it so will the pricing! You can’t really advertise something that will bo longer exist
Well I can tell you one thing for sure is I only have Hulu now and I’m not going to be forced into taking a package I may not want at $60 per month! These price gouging sons of Bit**es I have already gave up WOKE World !! FU** Disney !!!
My understanding was that Disney and Hulu would stay as two separate subscriptions under Disney +. As far as the Kid friendly content, since the inclusion of Marvel I’m not sure how friendly it still is.
Probably will be easier for me. My kids are grown and I’m long retired. I love Hulu and Disney and I’ve been stressed by other things, fortunately not this. I hope this works out others. Your customers matter. Happy New Year.
I finally got my billing and account log ins straightened out from the Hulu/Disney/Max combo! What is plan with that bundle? Is Max still going to be a part of it? I’m sure they knew this plan would take place, so why was the HDM bundle offered?!?!? If the bundle will be less, I’ll keep it. Otherwise, it’s bye to OMITB😲😒😠
If it’s under a kid account it still separates all that. There’s certain things I thought would be kid appropriate that is excluded without a an adult account signed in.
So damn what, god forbid y actually got be a parent for more than 23 minutes or 46 minutes!!!!!
Yup ,it’s very easy to do!( Make a code)
Christ almighty, wait that may take up sometime, spent on ur kid!💯🙏👍
They’ve already taken away my discounted price for disney+ as an add on to hulu, but my hulu is paid for through March. Now every time we try to access disney, we get a notification to check our email and then it says I cant resubscribe without the bundle, even though I paid in advance. I will likely just cancel it all, for good at this point.
I currently have the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle. I wouldn’t put it past Disney to force people to still pay for Hulu when it gets integrated into the Disney+ app.
As far as parental controls, since the addition of the more adult Marvel content and some of Hulu offerings, they added the ability to filter content on separate profiles. I believe as long as you’re in the same household, you wouldn’t have to pay for an extra profile, but I’m not 100% sure on that.
They’ve pretty much merged hulu into Disney+ already been that way for almost a year. I actually subscribe to Disney+ as an addon to Hulu so I guess I will see how that works out
I’m an avid anime fan. I’ve been watching the original Bleach series with my little brother on Hulu. Due to our scheduling conflicts, it’s taking us a long time to finish it. Knowing the merge is coming, I looked up Bleach on Disney+, but they don’t have every episode in English dub. I only watch English dub because subtitles are distracting for me and I end up reading through the whole thing instead of watching what’s happening. That’s just how my brain works. I’m worried that the Hulu app will disappear before we’re finished and Disney+ not having the episodes we need. Small complaint in comparison to others, but that’s something that’s important to me.
I don’t want Disney + and oif I have to pay more to keep Hulu I will just cancel. There is so much more to watch. Taking choices away for greed, I will just choose not to subscribe. Of course it’s greed. Cutting overhead and a raised price.
This thing really repeats itself a lot. I feel like deja vu every few paragraphs. Like “Wait, didn’t i just read that or?”. I felt like i was losing my mind. You should consolidate ideas instead of being so repetitive. Lots of words to keep saying the same thing. “Why use many words, when few words do same thing” -Kevin Malone.
So they did this as a cost cutting measure, yet it will cost more. Greedy fkn bastards. We need to put a rat trap in the House of Mouse. Throw in some tainted cheese. Rodents.
Cut the cable rather than pay for garbage I did not want. Have Disney+ since ore-subscribing. Clearly see no “value” in Hulu, or I would have bundled. I will let the pricing make my decision, going forward. Disney+ has already added too much stuff I did not sign up for, as has Netflix. At least with Prime I get the non-streaming benefits.
I have Hulu for free thru Sprint, not sure how this is going to affect me. And yes, I know Sprint is no longer out there, but I was a hold out until I was fully integrated T-Mobile , which has Hulu and Netflix with Ads on them.
I’m just more concerned about the local channels. We get local live TV with Hulu, and I’m hoping the Disney folks will have something like what Hulu does with their Program Guides and live TV.
Yeah, yeah, I’m old… Hulu has it down right for old folks like me, whereas I’m not seeing that in the Disney side of things.
So for me, Live TV and a Program guide of the live TVs.

I have no desire to have Disney so unless the price to see what’s on Hulu doesn’t increase, I’ll drop it all.

Leave it to Disney for more greed. It’s not worth it and I give up. Thank God there’s plenty of other streaming opportunities.

What about Legacy Hulu subscribers that also have live TV? Will that still be included in the package under Disney +
