If I see someone hurting an animal I speak up even if it is a kid especially if the parents aren’t doing it. Just simply saying stop hurting the animal is usually enough to get the kid to stop or the parent to look up from their phones to see what their kid is doing. As for the adults, I normally say, I’m going to make you famous for hurting animals on Tik Tok or Facebook. Sometimes they get embarrased and stop. I make sure I say it while I am at a distance.
Me and another complete stranger had to stop a very young boy who was trying to literally stomp on ducks that were walking near him at EPCOT. We told the mother to keep her son under control. She yelled ‘he’s only 5!” We told her that’s not an excuse whatsoever for animal abuse. There are so many bad parents out there, it’s unsettling. Disney Security needs to be more present in the parks. We’ve caught guests smoking, vaping inside the park and 100% of the time we have had to alert a janitorial Cast Member. And they have resolved the issue every time. We love the Cast Members. Security is always never around.
Should Disney do something to these people most definitely but will they Nope ! The reason is because corporate greed all Disney now cares about is the Dollar sign. It’s not the Disney World of yester years. Unfortunately this is sad stuff to read about and you just have to figure people are getting Slower and more Dumber by the minute and probably shouldn’t repopulate with offspring but 🤷🏻 you can’t stop them only pray Karma gets them 1st
Disney will not do anything about this, They only care about the Dollars they are bringing in. Unfortunately you look at people and say you shouldn’t be repopulating the world you are a hot mess but once again that would be common sense. I feel bad that this happens to the wildlife there and hope something gets done
Someone should have co tact security and Orange County Sheriffs Office. This guy has violated state and federal laws and with all the cameras and people seeing the guy someone could point him out.
I am sorry but if people are being abusive to animals they need to be prosecuted for their actions. There is no reason for them to do things like that to animals.
