There is no place for progress and nothing new is coming to Animal Kingdom. When I take over Disney, the only thing new will be old things coming back to make Disney great again. The parks will stop adding new things under me and be stuck in the 20th century asking “What would Walt do?” again.
There is no place for progress in WDW and when I take over there will be regression and going backwards only. There is no changes happening to Animal Kingdom other than the Yeti being fixed and Pandora going away in the not too distant future
True that they will increase prices to cover any construction cost but at the same time I believe even if absolutely nothing changed for 10 straight years, they would still increase prices 100 fold.
Disney was once known for cutting edge creation. It is now only known for destruction. I can assure you it would have been easier to EXPAND the parks – as Walt said we have enough land to contain all our dreams. The point of the current management is destruction of the brand – intentionally or not – who knows. Personally I think it is intentional. Iger is the WORST THING to ever happen to Disney.
Disney is ruining the entire nostalgic aura that Walt created. Progress doesn’t mean improvement and removing Tom Sawyers Island among other attractions proves that cheap entertainment tops quality and imagination. Right now Pandora is one of the best rides in the park but I guess that will end up eliminated too. For me, I’ll never spend a dime at Disney World or on Disney products again; I made that vow after Disney went “ woke”!
Never saw encanto and never cared! Take away stuff we look forward to coming back to and give us crap we don’t want to see. Way to go Disney. Pretty soon people will stop paying ridiculous prices to visit someplace that just isn’t magical anymore?

Changes are not necessarily for the better. Let’s see how these pricey projects translate to price increases.

Very disappointed that a large portion of Animal Kingdom will be closed for construction! My grandkids absolutely love dinosaurs!
