Anyone who expects everything to run perfectly all the time in a new park are idiots. When the original parks opened there were problems but no social media to spread ones entitled tears over. It’s not the end of the universe – dark or not.

      Well said!

So very true, no park has ever opened without a few ‘Hiccups’ and I am sure they will figure this one out!

It was working just fine when we were there a few months ago, but it didn’t really matter. Regardless, my family of four 15+ year annual passholders all left our big Epic Universe/Grand Helios trip with a collective “Meh. It was okay.” We are already excitedly planning our next big Universal trip . . . back to Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure. No one is really clamoring to return to Epic Universe. I doubt we are alone. That’s going to be a problem for Universal.
