I’m not the least bit excited for Toy Story 5. This movie should not have been made, as should the fourth should not. But thanks to shills we’ll end up getting a sixth and seventh and so on. Eventually we’ll get a remake.
Im as old as the franchise itself, i was born when the first one came out and grew up with both films. I watched the third in the theater with my mom. I’m not crazy about it but I thought it was a good way to end the franchise. I was shocked when they made a fourth; my coworker had showed me the trailer on her phone but I didn’t bother running to the theater to see it. Months later I bought the DVD. That movie sucked big time. Making Bo Peep into a girlboss, making her sheep ug-lee looking and watering down Buzz was downright disgraceful. So no, I’m not excited for the fifth. As far as I’m concerned the third was the final.
These head lines sure know how to draw you in. At first I thought it meant Allen was done with the franchise period. I already knew they were finished with the pointless movie and next summer spinless sheeple will go wee wee wee all the way to the theater to fuel more toy story sequels that we do not need.
Nah, I pass. Should’ve stopped with the third. A mini series following their adventures with Bonnie would’ve been great but stopped after the potatohead voice actors passed away. You cannot keep dragging franchises on forever Disney. Give it a rest.
I thought Tim Allen was MAGA. He’s no more MAGA than Jimmy Kimmel if he can appear on that creeps show and allow his character to be watered down and pushed aside by another girlboss. Disney already destroyed Bo Peep with girlboss agenda. Don’t do this again, Disney. Yes, Jessie is a strong brave character but I don’t want to see her welding a sword or staff or whatever weapon and saving all the toys from Lilypad. Stop it, Disney, just stop it. Get some help.
I would like to see Andy’s Children find the Toys and Andy sees that they were his Toys from his childhood. That would be a lovely ending to the story. And no more are made. It’s time to close the book. This was Tim Allen’s idea 😄
Not so sure about the 5th toy story the 4th was not good at all but tim is my favorite buzz light-year hate he is done but seems the 5th is more to do with Jessie
I agree, the fourth was really bad which is why I hope you will not waste your money on the fifth. At least wait until streaming a month later.
Second, Tim Allen didn’t say he was done voicing with the franchise, he meant he was finished up with the fifth movie.
Pass. We did not need this movie. No one asked for this movie. No one asked for the last one. I don’t care if it’s supposed to correct the mistake Disney made by having Woody leave the others, two wrongs don’t make a right. Anyone who is smart, and I know Disney shills are not, you’ll wait for it to hit streaming in a couple of weeks after its run in theaters. DON’T FUEL THE FIRE FOR ANOTHER SEQUEL. If you’re tired of Disney milking franchises then stop supporting them doing so.

No actually it does not. I don’t care for a couple of the actors but its solid. Perhaps your sense of comedy is off?

The 4th was a total crap show. They should’ve left it alone after 3.
