As someone who lives in Arizona, Mattel should figure that out before they start others. The one here was suppose to open in 24 then early 25 and now we have no opening date and parts of the park have not been touched in months… we shall see
We live just a couple miles from the Arizona one that is planning to open. So I’m curious just how expensive it’s going to be. If you want to jump ahead of Disney and Universal, you’ll need to start with price. I’m one that looks at cost first then how fun will the park be and does it have something to offer to ALL age demographics?
In Glendale Arizona, where you plan on opening within months or even further out, is largely senior citizen communities. We aren’t dead yet and many of us are still young at heart and pretty healthy. What are you offering for ages 55 to let’s say 75. My husband is 72 but you’d think he was much younger. I’m 68 and need walking aids many times but I still like to have fun. What, if anything are you offering this age group? Will there be Senior rates or special pricing for residents of Maricopa County? Remember, we have grandchildren of all ages and need things geared towards that joined demographic as well.
Anxious to see what you come up with.
Just wasting money! How many children’s parks have ever made money? As an adult that travels to several theme parks every summer I can assure you I wouldn’t go to a park with Barbie.
Disney needs as many rival parks as possible. Good competition keeps prices down. Barbie and Mickey are two separate characters and it will be interestting too see how Mattel compares with Disney parks. Good Luck Barbie !
I can’t wait for the Mattel Adventure Park to open, because it’s going to be Awesome. The Park will have sweet rides to go on. The whole theme park will be Awesome and Amazing!

So does Universal. Same good competition applies to them. Pricewise
