Well said! ridiculous long lines no ride is worth 3 hours it may be a thrill ride but it also takes away the fun and adds stress not worth it will never be happiest place on earth with this kind of organization
I did a 150 minute wait for the ride on a very low crowded day just before they added it to express pass, and I had an express pass for that day. Went last month again and this time did a 15 minute line, while the regular line was 70 min long, on a semi-crowded day. So, I don’t see any difference for worse.
Well, that’s because you can afford the express pass. Seems like you really don’t care about the poor people who have saved up for the experience, not having enough money to get the express pass, and who really only care that they are there in the first place. Those people usually only get to go once in their lifetime. For example, my brother and I recently went to universal this summer for the first time in our lives. We waited through a weather delay and through the original wait time, and I must say it was well worth it. For you to say something like you did, it seems condescending to those who cannot afford the express pass.
Quit allowing express guest to ride unlimited amounts of times and only allow once per guest. As outrageous as it is to visit the park who would want to waste a third of their day just standing in line. Not us!

Give everyone a ticket for Hagrid’s as they enter the park at opening. 1 ticket=1 ride. Or just sell tickets for the ride to everyone.

This ride is worth 30min wait. No more. 150 min wait? Different ride or different park.

Like all things in these parks, this is a human problem, but how does one fix human beings?
