One would think that with a movie like Disney’s live-action Snow White (2025), everyone involved would want to move on as quickly as possible and forget that they were ever involved with this film. After all, the movie was a critical disaster and could ultimately cost Disney as much as $115 million.

However, the film’s two stars seem intent on continually promoting the film. In October, the film’s star, Rachel Zegler, told an interview that Snow White has become “celebrated,” and that it was number one on Disney+. While Zegler is technically correct, it still lost over $100 million at the box office.

Now, it’s Gal Gadot’s turn to try to convince people that working on Snow White was a pleasurable experience and that she wants to do it again. Gadot received the Hollywood Icon Award at the Women’s Guild Cedars-Sinai Snow Ball Gala, and she told the assembled reporters that she would “love” to return to the role of the Evil Queen.

“I would love to do that,” Gadot said. “Tell (Disney CEO) Bob (Iger). Bob, I’ll do that.” After her comments, Gadot insinuated that she would like to return to the role in an Evil Queen prequel, similar to what Angelina Jolie did in Maleficent (2014).

There were rumors that Gadot and Zegler did not get along while filming, particularly due to their differing views on the conflict in Gaza. Zegler openly supported the people of Gaza, while Gadot, who is Israeli, stood with Israel.

The two also had some conflict on the set, with one source saying that they “had nothing in common.” Disney attempted to limit the duo’s time together during the press tour, going so far as to scale back some of the film’s red-carpet events.

For now, it doesn’t feel like Disney’s Bob Iger would take another chance on reviving Snow White, especially so close to the disaster that was this year’s film. At least we know that someone is willing to return to that film franchise.
