    They did not.

The no show policy is ridiculous. Cancellations should be able to be done day of due to sudden illness etc. Top keys should have that perk as well.

Explain it to me like I’m 5… because why should it matter if people don’t go and get penalized for a “no show” ??
1, scheisse happens and stuff comes up. 2, this is for crowd control so yay, less crowd… 3, doubt the few bucks they would have spent meant much since people that go regularly probably don’t spend as much as people that are there for their once in a lifetime trip.

They’re real dix about it… Even when police had the Mickey and Friends parking structure closed and swarming with police chasing someone, Disney told me too bad. The park was still open and you didnt come in. Disney is the WORST. Bunch of prix.

As a Magic Key holder, I know exactly how much I’ve spent inside the parks in the last 100 visits. The total is exactly $0.

This is a lie you have to go to the ticket booth to upgrade your ticket. Online you can only buy a new Magic Key.

The heading for this is a joke. Who comes up with this rubbish. There is no reason to not be able to upgrade a pass to a higher level on their crappy website. And their “app” is more of a glorified interface to their website. Just don’t try to get a refund. Once you buy it you are stuck with it. You could buy an annual pass today and die tonight. Your family won’t get a refund. 4Q2 Disney. Hide all of it behind a phone screen. Next up…meet an Artificial Idiot Animatronic at Customer Disservice in City Hall compliments of the friendly droids in Imagineering.

They really don’t want people to visit their parks, do they? I have obliged. My Believe Key expired last January, and I have chosen to not get another one.
