Curious how they gave her a “refund” when they themselves say Refunds are not possible. I’m wondering if they gaver her a voucher and she thought it was a refund because I was their in April and wanted a Refund after staying in the All Star Music after we were told there was housekeeping and there wasn’t. We cleaned our own room for 4 days I could have did that at my house and saved 2 grand

  2. It’s just kinda sad that the prices they charge and they have been B letting things go bad. I have a friend who works there in a restaurant and there is mold all over and they come in and do a couple things but does not take care of the problem.

I have gone to Disney World .many times with my grandchildren in the past. We stayed at Pop Century quite often and I always marveled at how clean and bug free the property was. I have not stayed at Pop recently but I have noticed that the parks and the resorts have gone down hill. My grandchildren are all griown up and have started their own families and I sometimes join them at Disney but I noticed Disney only cares about the dollar. It’s too bad. Because I have been around long enough to see the handwriting on the wall and people will eventually realize what is going on and Disney will fail. It’s too bad. I used to feel safe and happy going to Disney. That feeling is gone. You need to care about your customers.
