The trick is to not let them know how much you love something. They hate it when you do that. Also, if they’d quit making movies and streaming content that consistently loses money then money wouldn’t be an issue at the parks and the parks are arguably more important than the afore mentioned “entertainment”.

For those old enough to remember and still young enough to enjoy the parks; Disney is far from what is “Used to be”. Sadly cleanliness, friendliness and overall customer first approach has changed.
Much of that lays squarely at the feet of management and executive staff; however at least as much can be attributed to the guests themselves. Today’s culture, attitudes and overall moral shift is FAR from what it used to be as well.

Who’s right?, Who’s wrong?, Who knows.
Just everyone try a little harder to be nice to everyone and you may get surprised how nicely everyone (companies as well) behave nicely to you and yours.
Please have a wonderful holiday and enjoy yourselves and your families first and foremost. And whatever is left, enjoy with your fellow human beings.

Its a shame. I saw the 2019 log cabin loved it. Disney no longer cares about its guests, just $$$, which they’ve been bleeding tons of due to dumb remakes. Universal will get more traffic as people get frustrated

Pretty sad for Disney. Another cheat for visitors. First, NO Gingerbread House at Grand Floridan, even though the construction on the bar is done. Now Wilderness Lodge!! Come on Disney!! What’s up? I know I enjoy going to the different resorts and looking at & smelling the gingerbread displays. Last year’s display at WL wasn’t grand by any means, but it was still something. Something could have been placed there. If it is construction, there is always the lobby of the villas. I’m sorry, but there is no excuse. Rising costs and lost of perks, nickel and diming guests on delivery & other small issues, NOW taking away other /more traditional items…… obviously Disney doesn’t care if people come to WDW or not. I feel Iger is attempting to drag Disney down. He’s already ruining the parks, movies and experiences for many. Maybe he has thoughts of creating his own “Iger World/Land” when he is FINALLY out as CEO.
