Disney is literally stu pid. Yes, everyone loves Moana but everyone is also very sick of everything being remade!!!

  2. Cindy

Stop milking the franchise, Disney. No one asked for this.

    1. Rosebud

The audience: We didn’t ask for this!
Disney: What can I say, except you’re welcome?! 🎶

The reason people are angry (DUH!):
    1. The original Moana (and I’m tired of having to put “original” or “remake” when naming a Disney movie) came out in 2016; so by next year it’ll only be ten years old. Remaking all the classics is bad enough but remaking a movie barely a decade old is a dumb move.

    2. Moana is already a 3D, 100% CGI movie. Why redo it into a 95% CGI movie?

    3. I saw the trailer, it looks AI.

    4. We know Disney is merely milking a franchise to get our money. I don’t think they’ll get much of it this time. Only the truly spinless shills will go to this.

    5. I don’t think “The Rock” is as popular as he once was.

    6. Did you see “live” action Hei Hei? 🤢

  4. Teresa Harwick

Disney learned absolutely nothing from the Snow White remake and of course will not learn anything when this fails to be a box office sensation and we will soon get Tangled remake, Frozen remake, Enchanto remake, Wish remake…

After that will get AI remakes of the CGI remakes of the CGI originals. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only good thing that will come out of this movie will be more hilarious comments and hopefully new songs. 😂

For those of you just figuring out that Disney, and Hollyweird in general have been done and bankrupt of new ideas for several decades:
    “Welcome to the party, pal!”

    Better late than never.

The live action remakes need to stop. Every remake has been a weak imitation of the original.

Disney isn’t exactly Disney anymore 😔 😕 😪 😢 😞 Tired Of All These Remakes ENOUGH

If Disney had done what every fan wanted, fans would STILL complain. Except for questioning why do a remake so soon, all the other complaints, here and in other articles, are rather… picayune (silly). Her hair, his face, too CGI, not enough CGI, too cartoonish, too much like the cartoon, not enough like the cartoon, HeiHei is too realistic, not realistic enough…

Most Disney zeitgeist is based on a person’s memories around Disney events. If new Disney creations don’t fit yours, well, it’s a big world. Just wait a bit. Perhaps create some NEW experiences. Quit trying to ruin it for everyone else. Just don’t go see it.

    Go out and touch grass.

Go out and touch grass then, Disney simp. We have every right to be against Disney for what they’re doing to us. Grow up.

      1. Snogg

Lol. What exactly is Disney “doing to you”?

Simp, is it? How third grade recess…

And you’re telling ME to grow up.

  10. Carl

Probably every single one of the simps who said they’re sick of remakes probably ran wee-wee-wee all the way to the theater to watch the Lilo and Stitch remake.
If you’re truly sick of these remakes then you’ve got to prove it to me by boycotting every single remake no matter who’s in it and stop crying about your childhood coming to life in CGI.

    1. Anonymous

And the how to train your dragon remake to. That may not have been Disney but it was still a pointless remake other than to collect money from the nostalgia sheeple.

    2. disney sucks

I totally agree, all these hypocrites that are crying that they’re tired of remakes but didn’t complain about Lilo and Stitch and that one was terrible girlboss garbage that smacked the meaning of ohana in the face not to mention made Jumbaa and cobra bubbles be the villains.

      So touch the grass already

Wow. I’ve posted a response twice to this post. It’s never shown up. Censorship much?

    1. Anonymous

The censorship on this forum is extremely sensitive. There’s many words I’ve learned over time that they don’t allow and most of them aren’t even swear or inappropriate words like:
      W r i t e r
      H e a d l i n e
      S t u p i d
      F e e d
      A u t h o r

And yet I’ve seen people use highly inappropriate words without being censored. Makes no sense.

“You can’t top pigs with pigs.” Who said that? Oh yeah, Walt somebody. (Look it up Disney Company.)

  14. Mack

This movie was made for one reason only: money. Disney doesn’t really care about what people want or don’t want. It’s all about the oh mighty dollar. I just hope people still keep their heads and don’t give in when the official trailer comes out in a few months and everyone gets a look at the rock as Maui.

  15. Adam12

Too many commenters on YouTube are complaining about her hair not being curly. That’s not the main reason to be against this movie. It should be boycotted however to show Disney we are sick and tired of every movie being remade. We’re going to get Tangled remake soon and probably Frozen next. Don’t let this happen. Stop letting it happen.
