If you’re looking to visit one Disney resort in early 2026, you’re in luck: one hotel is slashing room rates.

Disney hotels are known for carrying some of the highest nightly costs in the theme park industry. Resorts like Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World, the Disneyland Hotel in California, and the Disneyland Hotel in Disneyland Paris (which has recently started turning away non-guests) regularly price well above comparable offsite hotels, largely due to proximity, theming, and exclusive guest perks.

Some properties are considered “destination” stays, often booked months in advance despite premium pricing. Themed suites, character-inspired décor, club-level lounges, and private resort transportation all contribute to the elevated rates. Guests routinely pay hundreds more per night for rooms that promise a deeply immersive, story-driven experience that extends the magic beyond park hours.

However, Tokyo Disneyland Hotel is temporarily breaking from the traditional Disney pricing pattern.

Limited Discounts Unveiled for Disney Hotel

The resort has confirmed that it will offer special sale rates on select rooms due to anticipated noise disruptions caused by repair work on the Tokyo Disneyland Station building on the Disney Resort Line.

According to Tokyo Disney Resort – which is technically owned by the Oriental Land Company, not Disney – construction noise of around 45 decibels may be heard in certain guest rooms, including the popular Beauty and the Beast-themed rooms and suites.

Construction is scheduled during multiple periods throughout 2026, including April 6 to April 28, May 11 to May 15, and August 3 through early September. Work is planned for Mondays through Fridays, excluding public holidays, and will take place between midnight and 6:00 a.m.

Tokyo Disneyland Hotel states on its website: “Due to repair work being carried out on the Tokyo Disneyland Station building at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, construction noise of approximately 45 decibels may be heard in some guest rooms during the following period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.”

The resort clarifies that the construction schedule and work details may change without notice. Still, guests who book affected rooms will receive a discounted rate.

Tokyo Disneyland Hotel is located directly opposite Tokyo Disneyland, across from the Disney Resort Line station. Similar to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, it boasts an abundance of luxurious Victorian charm (even if some guests think the Grand Floridian is basically a ghost town right now), plus restaurants such as Sherwood Garden Restaurant, Canna, and Dreamers Lounge.

This level of transparency and pricing adjustment is notable. Disney resorts in the United States, including Walt Disney World, rarely offer rate reductions for noise or construction disruptions. Instead, guests typically receive a general advisory without a corresponding price break.

For travelers aiming to stay close to Tokyo Disneyland while saving money — and who don’t mind a bit of late-night background sound — this limited-time discount may be an opportunity worth grabbing.
